Hi, I’m Janet! 💛 I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Certified Oncology Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer — but more importantly, I’m passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and energized at every stage of life.

With over 35 years of experience in fitness and nutrition, I’ve worked with countless women who want to feel better in their bodies — not just in the gym, but in everyday life. From teaching health and nutrition at one of Canada’s top colleges to leading thousands of online and in-person classes, I’ve learned how to take the overwhelm out of “health” and break it down into simple, doable steps.

I believe movement should make you feel accomplished — not exhausted — and that resistance training is one of the most powerful tools we have as we age. My classes are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and (dare I say) fun — because showing up for yourself should feel like a win, not a chore.

Outside of teaching, you’ll usually find me skiing, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or sharing coffee and laughter with friends and family. At 64, I’m living proof that strength, energy, and confidence don’t have an age limit — and I’d love to show you that you can feel the same. xx
