As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Certified Oncology Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with over 35 years of experience, I've had the privilege of helping countless individuals achieve optimal health and wellness.


 In addition to teaching group fitness and one on one personal training, I've had the privilege of teaching health and nutrition at one of Canada's top colleges for 10 years. This experience has not only deepened my knowledge but also refined my teaching methods, allowing me to break down complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand steps.

 

My true passion lies in teaching fitness classes that inspire and empower people of all ages and fitness levels to get stronger and healthier. I firmly believe that resistance training is essential as we age, and I'm dedicated to helping people incorporate effective and sustainable exercise habits into their lifestyles.


My teaching style is engaging, practical, and easy to follow, ensuring that everyone feels motivated and supported.

 

With additional certifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Precision Nutrition Coaching, Advanced Ketogenic Nutrition, Active Aging, and Exercise Therapy, I'm well-equipped to provide comprehensive guidance on nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness.


When I'm not teaching or training, you can find me enjoying outdoor activities like hiking, biking, or paddleboarding. I'm also passionate about cooking, spending time with loved ones, and practicing self-care.
