On a recent hike with my adult daughter who was walking behind me, she commented on my well defined and muscular arms! Haha! That was a surprise for me. How do I join a live class?
When you sign in to the website or app, you will see the upcoming live stream in the banner at the top. Click the play button at the time of the class.
Can I watch on my TV from the App?
Yes! You can stream my workouts to your TV for a bigger, more comfortable viewing experience!
If you’re using AirPlay (Apple devices):
Make sure your iPhone, iPad, or Mac is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV.
Start playing the workout video on your device.
Tap the AirPlay icon (usually found in the video player or Control Center).
Select your TV from the list, and the video will stream right to it.
If you’re using Chromecast (Google devices):
Make sure your phone, tablet, or computer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast or Chromecast-enabled TV.
Open the workout video in the Chrome browser or YouTube app.
Tap the Cast icon (usually at the top of the screen or in the video player).
Select your TV, and the video will start playing there.
How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
